Learn to apply the 6 most effective behavior-change tools while working in a small, supportive group. In four 1-hour sessions you’ll meet weekly with likeminded people for discussion, self-reflection, and activities designed to help you use the P.O.W.E.R.S. of behavior change science to meet your resilience, stress, or wellness goal. A private 1:1 coaching session with coach and facilitator Brittany Finkelstein takes your progress to the next level. Designed and led by Brittany, a former Googler and Certified Hudson Institute Coach, she brings >8 years of combined experience in well-being coaching and training.
