Group Coaching.
Experience the mutual support and accountability of a small group with the skill and guidance of a Certified Coach. During your small group coaching experience you'll meet every one to two weeks with Brit and a group of 2-6 of your closest friends, family, and/or colleagues, supporting one another as you each work towards your individual goals. Reduce your stress, gain work-life balance, and build your resilience as you grow and stretch together with people who care about your successes.
